Do I have to pay taxes?

In Mexico, household goods and personal effects shipments in compliance with customs regulations do not pay taxes, however you should be aware what these regulations are, and if you meet them. You should know this before the moving process starts, because a simple oversight might turn out into a terrible and costly nightmare.
